Always good service here but if you go in with a tv code for them to match make sure they are selling you what you want. Now I am not saying they do this on purpose just that you need to make sure you codes are the same product

We recently purchased a new TV from Richer Sounds Oxford - however due to micro-chip shortages, the brand of TV we were waiting for took some time to get delivered. The Oxford team kept us updated at every-step of the ordering process to ensure we knew what was going on. Week commencing 6th Sept, we received said TV from Richer Sounds delivery agents. This week new TV gets installed by KU Vision (due to its size). We are very grateful to Kaz, Joe and Ash for their involvement in this order. If you are ever in the market for new TV, go visit this amazing and knowledgeable team!!!

5/ 5

Honestly cannot fault Richer Sounds whichever branch I have used, but the Oxford branch seem particularly prone to excellent service. I'm not exactly how to write this review without sounding like a fanboy, but after years of using RS, they are now always my first choice for shopping for any audio equipment, and (with the exception perhaps of John Lewis) I don't believe I would consider buying a television anywhere else. The staff at the Oxford branch have always been genuinely happy to help with any queries I have and generous with their time - I never get the feeling that they are chasing a sale. That, coupled with the fact that RS always appear to be discerning with the product lines they stock, and the high standard of aftercare, mean they're genuinely always going to be my first choice.
