Had a demo of audio equipment. The staff were real gents and are an asset to this store. James who was on hand was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to converse with. The demo room is comfy and aesthetically pleasing. By far the best Richer Sounds Store I have ever frequented.

good service. Do your homework before hand, otherwise they'll punt a "Phillips" tv as being better than an LG .... *rolls eyes* for a quick sale. They give automatic 5year limited warranty which is good.

A blank wall where my TV should be, installation booked for 10am I had to ring at 1pm to be told they had my wrong address. They had my correct phone number but chose not to ring. I will go elsewhere now and in the future! Poor service.

Though shop Is only open for casual drop-in afternoon shopping, I used their excellent appointment system to make my purchases with a morning visit, where I was able to get answers to questions relating to my new tv/sound system and make my final choice. (I was torn between Qled and Nano Qled, settled on the latter) This is my second visit to this shop, going back approx. 10 years, when I bought my last TV. They still have my records. Highly recommended back then and still the same great service today, as well as prices you will struggle to beat. PS recommend you sign to their free VIP service, it allows not only person free personal appointments but upscales any guarantees to 6 years part and labour.... Trumping even the current generous 5 year one that comes with a Samsung TV.
