Head of RGU Sport Hannah Leslie treated reported Hate Crimes committed by on-duty staff as minor complaints contrary to RGU policy and pretended to have viewed CCTV footage that the Information Governance Officer has stated in writing does not exist. She also claimed not to be able to ascertain who was on reception at a given time and completely ignored instances of abuse commited by an easily-identifiable changing room cleaner. If you are offended by Hate Crime and willful mismanagement, I strongly advise against using RGU Sport. Previous reviews on this matter have been hidden. Value for money, great facilities, I have only used the gym hall swimming pool and coffee shop but there is also indoor climbing and bouldering, a gym and some dance studios. Clean modern place. The pool is colder than most but it's fine once you are in. The gym hall splits in to 3 but you can hire the whole area. Staff are helpful and friendly.
