Absolutely disgusted. Took the morning off work for a hot stone massage and oxygen facial. When I arrived I was informed I couldn't have the massage but could still have the facial ... I agreed to this but was then told I'd have to wait for an hour! No apologies...NOTHING. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.
