A STATE-OF-THE-ART PRACTICE. AS FAR AWAY FROM THE CRUDE NHS DENTAL SERVICES, OF THE 1950'S, AS IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE. FAST RESPONSE, PARADIGM EXAMPLE OF DENTAL COMPETENCIES. THIS ESTABLISHMENT, IS WHERE THE NHS DENTAL SERVICE, WOULD BE, HAD THE NHS NOT BEEN STRUCTURALLY UNDER-FUNDED, BY GEORGE OSBORNE, AND HIS CRONIES.

5/ 5

My personal experience so far with Revive has been fantastic. It is almost impossible to find dentists that are taking NHS patients and they had me registered and booked in to see a dentist within hours of contacting them. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly (I had a great laugh with her) and I got e-mail and text confirmations of my appointment. Not sure what else you can expect from them. My treatment has been excellent, once the dentist understood I was in pain they changed my check up to treatment immediately and dealt with the pain. I left pain free with appointments for a consultation for follow up treatment. The consultation was honest and factual. The Dentist listened to me and was considerate of my requirements and budget. I have personally opted for some private treatment however the dentist has mixed some NHS treatment in when suitable. I am a new patient but my experiences so far have left me confident in them, and I have recommended them to friends.

One day I came into this dentist because I was having an emergency and the secretary didn't understand the situation and asked me to call a number and be registered before. I filled the form but when I called back the day after she didn't put my details in the system, so a visit was not possible again. She promised me to call me back the same day. Nobody called me back and I went to other more professional dentists. What a shame!

Going to the dentist will always be rubbish but if you look beyond the long waiting times you will find that this practice is really honest and helpful. Its possible to join on the NHS which I have done and I travel in now for appointments, BUPA in town is very good if you need something done quickly but this is a great dentist for regular check ups at a low cost if going private like me is a luxury you can't yet afford. The reception staff are local girls, and they are really friendly, fun and polite so really have no idea why some reviews say the staff are rude, never in 4 years have I found that. The costs are on posters all around the clinic and if you don't understand something the staff are happy to explain, again I haven't had any issue here and I have had teeth removed, scale and polishes, check ups and all sorts so I find these reviews not accurate when compared to my own experienced. Only reason its not 5 stars is that its hard to book an appointment as its a popular and busy practice, and that you have to do this via phone there is no online bookings or email that I know of to book and I have found I have to call a few times to get through. This is no fault of the staff, once you get them on the line its a piece of cake.

After ringing around about 10 different dentists, Revive managed to get me in as a new client to be seen later that day. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and seemed genuinely concerned for my on-going pain. After 2 weeks of pain, my tooth was already feeling much better after I left the surgery. Would definitely recommend!

Took 12 weeks to put in two teeth and ten weeks for them to fall back out. Three weeks to replace one and that fell out.I had to explain three times the difference between a bridge and a pallet. I am now left in a serious health situation...I may have to take the matter up with solicitors. Very poor and very disappointing service.

I’m very happy with the clinic. I went to register last Monday as a new NHS patient and I said to the lady on the reception I just broke my teeth and I’m afraid it will hurts me so she said don’t worry I will try to get you in as soon as possible. When I left the clinic after 30 min she rang me and told me she can fit me in Wednesday for emergency filling. I been so happy. Laura did the emergency filling and she was really nice and polite. She knew that I’m afraid of the dentist so she tried to make me comfortable. Thank you x
