I experienced the best massage that I've ever had from Ruth. I can't praise her enough. Very knowledgeable, talented masseur & totally lovely lady. Ruth focused on back & neck issues with my massage & it has done me no end of good. Definitely would recommend & return to Ruth

Amazing progress, I feel like a different person after a single session. A year of lockdown homeworking had taken its toll on my back and shoulders and I was starting to suffer on a daily basis. I can't recommend Ruth highly enough.

5/ 5

I was completely put at ease as soon as I entered the building in which the therapy room is located. Ruth is absolutely lovely and the space was spotless and very well ventilated. If anyone was concerned with getting a treatment post lock down please don't be...Ruth was meticulous with her use of PPE wearing gloves and a visor throughout our treatment the massage table and chair I sat on during my initial consultation were sanitised and covered. The massage I received was probably the best I've ever had. Ruth is very intuitive and knew exactly how to handle the issue I've been experiencing with my neck and shoulders. Aside from easing the pain, the pressure in my head has been alleviated for the first time in months and I can breath better. In short, an absolutely brilliant experience, Ruth really does have 'healing hands' and is extremely knowledgeable. I will be returning on a regular basis.

I can't recommend Ruth enough; I've been seeing her regularly for about 3 years, she has helped me immensely with ongoing shoulder/back pain which I had struggled with for years. More recently I switched to regular pregnancy massages which were the highlight of my month throughout my pregnancy; Ruth even made me some aromatherapy massage oil to use in labour. I had reflexology for the first time with Ruth during my pregnancy which really helped to focus on certain issues, I had my last session when I was full term, ready to pop and fed up - Ruth performed some labour inducing reflexology at 5pm and at 5am the next morning it all started and I had my baby by that evening! As well as being extremely knowledgable in a range of issues (my partner also sees Ruth for Thai massage due to a knee injury!), she is also lovely and a joy to spend time with each month.
