Great little post office, problem is I usually try and use it towards end of the day but before the published closing tines, and its more often then not closed! Does not help much, occasionally I catch them before they close, in which case they are a great local service, says like today, they are of no use what so ever. If you don't close at 5:30pm, change your advertised times so I can adjust my plans accordingly. Just being honest

On Monday 10 February, the council closed the Old Greenock Road access to Niamh Court and the cemetery for two weeks. We didn't receive any to Wednesday post until today with noted saying the post office could not access our address. Surprising as everyone was issued with notice and every lamp standard carried a poster advising of this and that access to Niamh Court and the cemetery would be via the top of the road bus link. Please advise all your post delivery men of this.

Reading all of these negative reviews seems very strange - as if they're referring to an entirely different post ofice from the one I've been using for the past 14 years. In all that time, regardless of who was managing and staffing the place it has always been well run and the staff have been helpful and friendly without exception.

Possibly the rudest people I've dealt with in a post office/ shop. Out of date goods being sold, shop smells terribly, opening hours are not as listed and the manner you are spoken to by the staff (a lady in the most recent case) is atrocious. If you can avoid, please do so... if I could leave lower than 1 star it would still be too high
