I booked the renew yourself package which was suppose to include a foot soak, scrub and a remedial massage. I got a 90 min relaxation massage with no offer of a private health rebate, which qualified remedial massage therapists offer. There was no foot soak, and no remedial massage unfortunately. Being a qualified remedial massage therapist myself for the cost I was hoping to get an amazing experience but I was left wondering what I'd actually paid for. If you want a great relax treatment this is the place to go, I can recommend it for that purpose. If you have genuine pain and discomfort look for a qualified therapist.

Melanie at Renew Yourself is my favourite massage therapist. Her technique always leaves my body feeling 100% better than when I walked in the door. When I feel like treating myself I love to add on the sculp treatment which leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny. Thank you for always making me feel pampered.

4/ 5

The Rescue Remedy massage treatment by Carly is lovely! It’s very calming with nice wellness touches, like herbal tea, gentle background music, essential oils, hot stones, and of course the rescue remedy drops! I would have given 5 stars but I was late and missed the start (foot soak and foot relief massage) which I’m sure would have been perfect.

I have had treatments by both Mel and Peter. They are both professional, knowledgable, calm and kind. Peter really helped me when my back had had enough and I could hardly walk. I really enjoy their generosity.
