Renaissance Legal could not have been more helpful in ensuring we can protect our son’s inheritance by setting up a Trust alongside our Wills. These lovely people fully recognise that those with statutory disabilities are at a disadvantage, being forced to use any inheritance to pay for their care, which absolutely isn’t right.
