Excellent service, Jacob made me feel at ease as it was my first time with this salon. The head massage during the shampooing was great. The cut was what I wanted and the attention to detail was what I expected for the price point. That being said 4 stars only because the pricing is individual to the stylist and being a first timer I had no idea if it was going to be worth it. £33 for a gents wet cut feels a tiny bit steep but the outcome was beautiful.

Went in for a re style was so looking forward to having layers put in soft feathering and a nice soft fringe. My fringe is not straight or soft my layers are not as I wanted soft. I had to keep asking for weight taking out of the top as I have lots of hair not thick. It was not done soft on my face as asked . Didn't come out feeling a million dollars as expected instead I feel like I don't want to show it off as a new cut. I'm not happy and feel my £41 was not acceptable. The stylist as I was told she was specialist is colouring not styling as I was lead to believe when I booked.

Jak did a fantastic job with my hair last week. I asked for "subtle" and "understated" and he absolutely delivered! I'm really pleased with how natural it looks 😁 Will definitely be back in the future!

Always welcome and listen to what I want. Staff are all lovely. This is now my regular salon deffinately 5 stars.

I got my hair done yesterday by Amy and I absolutely love it!!! She restyled it to exactly how I wanted it. Amy was very sweet and patient. It was my first time experience at Renaissance hair and beauty as well. Will be definitely coming back again and I highly recommend Amy to anyone.
