Rss removals let my family down on the day of removal .they did not turn up on the day as planned said they were to busy to travel and traffic was buissy

Gave us a removal quote but when we phoned to confirm we were advised they could only do the removal over 2 days, instead of one. Useless! Bishop's Move are now doing our removal.

Moved from the Western Isles of Scotland back to the mainland which involved a long ferry journey. Everything went as planned and overall I am pleased with the professional service they provided.

Truly a perfect experience, the best in all my moving along the past 30 years. The staff delivering was also perfect. Excellent packing. Delivering at the exact scheduled time. In other words, I warmly recommend : it is rare to have such combination of nice and competent people, professional service while being well priced.

We chose RSS again as they previously completed a move for us around 4 years ago with no issues. Great value and very professional - came when they said and no complaints when faced with three flights of tight tenement stairs. Also, in addition this time, the lads were also friendly and very helpful - qualities I didn't expect as it's a tough job, but was very grateful for and took a lot of stress out of the process of moving.

I was very impressed with the service from RSS. We were moving a large 5 bedroom home to storage, and then to 2 separate properties. This changed a couple of times and we had to split the furniture in different ways for delivery on 2 different days. Nothing was too much trouble. Every reaction was positive, prompt and courteous. All of the men who worked on our 3 different moving days were a pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending RSS to anyone.
