Wonderful service, helpful people. Serviced my old reel to reel in a couple of days as I live 3 hours away and had to go to Bristol especially. Very fair price. Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you Tim.

I called in yesterday and found an LP I wanted at a great price. As others have said, there's not rack after rack after rack of vinyl but what they have is top quality. Nice friendly owner too. Will definitely pay another visit next time I'm in Bristol.

Really great place for vintage record players etc. Cheap prices to repair things. They're very busy so you may have to wait to get things fixed but it's well worth it as the attention to detail is fantastic and they 1000% know their stuff plus you get a guarantee on any work they do which is great. Highly recommended.

Absolute nightmare!! I took a very valuable and rare stereo unit in for repair. When i called to confirm collection - they told me they had sold it (for far below real value) to cover repair costs!! When i complained they became extremely aggressive. Stay well away from these criminals. I am preparing to take court action & report to FTC if anybody wishes to join me. Let's put these con artists out of business. CROOKS - pure & simple!

I took my Technics turntable in to the guys to fix as the arm didn't seem to want to play ball, and they did a fab job, absolutely delighted. They've also sorted me out with middles, 2 lovely LP cases, and a great new (old!) record! A very happy customer. See you soon! Could chat records with these guys all day long!
