Regus – Cambridge Vision Park cambridge

They are poor at organising and managing just about everything. Repeatedly were unable to issue new security passes, so security doors left open. Air conditioning failed over the summer and wasn't repaired for months. Electricity failed due to equipment supplied by Regus.

Regus were not able to provide working AC for the horribly hot summer. They also were unable to provide mains power or internet for part of it. They don't care about their tenants and are greedy for money to the extreme

Very good office space. Excellent for new business starters. The reception area design looks great!

Lovely place. Has area where you can take dog out or watch football practice.

Went there for diabetes eye check very efficient ,in and out minimal of fuss ,excellent staff

It's OK, just OK. Be careful with hidden fees and contracts. We had several issues. Repairs take months, the walls are a bit thin, and REGUS as a business is greedy. If they can charge you for something extra, they will. Whatch your contract, get everything signed for and be careful with how they formulate some of the legal details. Think like a lawyer. Boiling hot in the summer, air conditioning is non existen. Internet connection like Swiss cheese. Most days is fine, but when it has issues it goes off for days. Staff is always amazingly helpful and always trying to fix whatever issues you have.
