Bought some faulty ghds from regis online for my girlfriend birthday so asked for a refund in store to find out that they non refundable, also gave my wrong number for main office in leeds not happy

My cut felt very rushed, dashing through the scissor work, not a relaxing experience. The stylist used thinning scissors rather than cutting into the hair to thin it, even though she had assured me on my previous (and first) visit that thinning scissors were never used. A bit of a disappointing experience, although a pleasant enough restyle.

My last trim was before the lock down but I was impressed how well my hair had stayed looking good. A tribute to Karen who is an excellent stylist. The Covid regulations had been followed by the salon, so felt very safe and again Karen gave me an excellent cut.

I have been to this salon before but not for awhile given the virus issues. I had an excellent pedicure with a new beautician who was great. Will definitely be going again!

Karon is the best hairdresser, very professional and full of ideas.

The hairdresser is brilliant, Karen is brilliant lady. I been there for 9 years.
