Walked into the shop at 8.05pm and asked for a wash and blow dry. I was told no as they had started to clean the shop? Visibly I2 staff. One had a Hoover out the other chatting. They had 15 minutes before closing, plenty time to do my hair. Normally I would have questioned this but felt what's the point I dont want someone doing my hair under sufferance

Overall staff were rather rude. Lady who cut my hair was nice enough but everything felt rushed. I also asked for just a cut and blow dry but got charged a cut and style which is a little more expensive. Should maybe listen to customers better....

Extremely unpleasant staff. Sadly the manager is the lead role so not much can be done unless complaints to her boss are made. It is sad for a salon to be managed this way, hope you don't shut the place down with your attitude. Rhona was lovely though, well done for all your help. Cheers.

Best ever, Very nice Staff, always happy with my hair once it's done, I get many compliments about it, I would certainly recommend this hairdresser if you a decent hairstyle or colour or even just a wash and blow dry professionally.

My wife used this service and she was very pleased with the results. The hairdresser was very professional and efficient as well as being very pleasant. This is the first time she has used this salon and she will definitely use them again.

Service from Christopher was excellent, clearly a hard worker who was left to run the salon alone all day, styling hair and tending to the shop. More staff obviously needed. High five to Christopher for battling through. Company should treat staff better and help man understaffed sites.

I went to Regis Salon yesterday for some highlights and some layers and I was so impressed with the result! My hair looks the best it ever has and Christopher was professional and friendly, he made me feel really at ease and the results are amazing. I’d highly recommend this salon.

I was a bit nervous about going to a new hairdressers however, Lauren gave me such a lovely cut. The salon was nice a clean and the products used smelt amazing! Thanks again Lauren 😁
