What a wonderful shop to enter, its just so Inspector Morse, doing something I have never done before, selling jewellery that I hadn't worn for years. They were courteous, made me (and my sister), feel confident that they were indeed a good establishment and would give a fair price for what I had to sell. I was delighted! Could I have got more if I had walked round a number of stores, possibly but I decided no, I genuinely believed that these were honest people and that I could trust them. I am very happy with the transaction and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends (in fact I already have). 7 out of 5

This is a gem (excuse the pun) of a shop. Wonderful friendly and incredibly knowledgeable people, with so many wonderful things to look at and choose from (across the price ranges), but with no pressure at all to purchase anything. We have bought several beautiful pieces of jewellery here over the years. They also fix things and I have just had my engagement ring fixed beautifully (a diamond fell out and they sourced one to match perfectly and it looks as good as new). I highly recommend this place for a browse, an interesting chat or to buy something interesting and special.

Pretty shop with polite staff. However, they do not offer a good second hand gold price. Was offered less than £7 a gram for 9 carat gold. They told me the price is because they will resell it, but they will surely not be reselling it for less than scrap value. I immediately took my gold to Karwals who offered me a fair price.

I popped in to ask about some remodeling work that I wanted done on some old jewellery. The staff in there were very friendly, happily provided answers to all my questions, helped me work out exactly what I wanted. A few weeks later and my newly remodeled jewellery was ready for collection, the items I was handed were so much better than anything I could have ever imagined. Absolutely stunning pieces, exactly what I'd hoped for and so much more. The amount they charged for the work was completely fair and well worth it, I was so happy with what they gave me, I would 100% recommend using their services, I will definitely be returning if I ever want work done again.

The most helpful and personable jewellers in the Oxford. Have now got a couple of sets of beautiful diamond earrings and most recently a lovely aquamarine pendant. My mum insists we pop in any time she visits as its such a treasure box! Popped in this week to have my engagement ring cleaned before upcoming wedding and they did it by hand free of charge that day. So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After also having a bad experience with goldsmiths in the shopping centre I won’t be going anywhere else now! Thank you reginald davis.

Reginald Davis helped my partner and I choose the most beautiful engagement ring and wedding band. Throughout the whole process they were so helpful and we had brilliant communication with them via email due to the lockdown situation! I popped in today (using their Covid friendly appointment system) thinking that they would have to send my ring away for repair and left with it on my finger gleaming more brightly than I can remember it.
