A thoroughly disappointing experience running training here. Somehow they thought it was acceptable in the middle of a heatwave to put me and my delegates in a room where the windows wouldn't open, despite the fact that other rooms could have been made available. The room as a result was not fit for purpose. Customer care both prior and post training was poor. Sadly I have since discovered that other trainers have experienced a similar lack of care. I will not be using again.

5/ 5

I have done an MSc in Digital Marketing here. The course taught me good skills of the digital environment and I enjoyed most of my courses. Some improvements need to be done to keep up the pace of the digital world and to provide an outstanding course level. However, I am happy since I found a job in less than 3 months. Campus is beautiful and staff is nice. I enjoyed the international environment of my class and of the overall uni. As I said, the type of course is unique and has great value. Some improvements (teaching more listening tools, practical examples and more case studies) will make it a strong option for people interested in the sector.

5/ 5

I was fortunate enough to be able to study at Regent's University as part of my 2018 Erasmus program. The facilities are just fantastic. I enjoyed being able to choose from a variety of modules that interested me. The teaching staff is very dedicated to giving you the best learning experience. I was considering coming back for a Master's degree, but the current situation has changed my plans.

Foreign students who need student visa! DON'T apply this January!!! I graduated from Regents in 2018 and got the best experience ever, I even made my sister to apply to Regents and promote it as a "best university I was study in"! We have the most AWFUL experience I could ever imagine. First of all, she was waiting her offer from mid of October till the end of November (with all needed documents for unconditional offer). Secondly, we are still waiting for her CAS!!! Its 1 month passed, she's applying with the same sponsor I did, with the same documents and there's always some problems. We did provide 2 different type of financial documents to be sure that regents CAS department will release everything faster. But they just disappear and not answering the mails!!! We have no idea what to do, because that's impossible to call them or text. Waiting time was approximately 5 hours last time!!! Admission knows nothing and can't help with anything! The CAS department itself not answering the mails. The only person we didn't contact yet is a CEO of Regents. We did pay 4000£ and couldn't even reach someone to understand what's going on with her documents. Its 8 December, course starts 24 January. Waiting time for Student visa 1-2 working months as Embassy told us today!!! Embassy closes end of December and open up 10 January 2022! Amazing!
