Great location and good shisha. Yahya was very helpful , always checking up if we were okay and if we needed anything. very nice staff. Thank-you. Would be good if you were allowed to bring some snacks in , i think not been able to bring anything inside is a bit extreme, hence the 4 star.

2/ 5

The place is in a good location and looks nice with the sliding glass doors/bi-fold doors. The food is delicious and well presented. The guy making the shishas is very nice and his customer service is on point. There was a Somali/Sudanese guy at the till taking orders and he's not the right guy for the job- he wasn't welcoming, he kept rolling his eyes everytime he had to add on things on the order, we asked him about the items on the menu in detail and he said "i dunno, its in the menu", there was no please/thankyou/pleasantries. bruv if you don't like your job then leave cos there's other people will do a better job. i don't smoke so i sat outside on the terrace area- its nice but tables were sticky. the actual lounge inside was foggy, i don't think there is a ventilation system, if there is, don't think they have it on. cleanliness in seating area needs to be improved because the interior and chairs/tables are actually very pretty, it's a shame the floors and surfaces aren't kept spick and spam, especially in covid times. the windows/glass outside need cleaning- fingerprints, streaks, and a film of dust are not the one. i'd come here again if it was just me alone, but if i had a group of mates i want to impress and relax with, it wouldn't be here. it's a shame cos it's in a really glossy corporate location but it just falls short on cleanliness and maintenance.
