Reflections bristol

I think it's a great salon made better by Steph who looks after my hair and makes sure it's amazing! She always asks me beforehand what I want and makes sure she matches my expectations! It's always a nice and friendly environment and it feels like I'm catching up with a friend while my hair is being pampered - awesome! :)

The hair colour went greenish after 3 days, and the salon refused to fix it for free (it was £135 worth of services, including some conditioning treatment they upsold me to "hold the colour better"). They stated it was because it had been a month, though it had been less than three weeks and I hadn't been able to book an appointment before then (23 Nov - 12 Dec!). There is also a really crazy blonde streak on one side because the bleaching was done in huge chunks. See photos, they speak for themselves. The hairdressers are nice, but ultimately my hair looks awful and dry. I use a purple colour protect shampoo.

Went to reflections after I had a bad haircut and needed it put right. Katie did a great job and made me feel so much better. Have booked to come back in 8 weeks time. Thank you so much 😊

Great place with professional, friendly and extremely helpful staff! Also salon is using the best hair products that very easily sorted my super damaged and dry hair! Poppy was dealing with my hair and can't recommend her enough! Definitely will be back soon :)

This was my second visit and they are just fantastic!! So friendly and I am terrible at explaining what I want but they smash it every time !! My hair is the perfect colour, they gave me great ha or care advice and advised me on a little more cut off which did in fact look at better !! Mel and Steph and magic workers - highly recommended!! :)
