I had a colon hydrotherapy done, probably the best thing I have done for myself. I am a very anxious person so was very nervous as I never done it before. Jan was amazing, she is very caring and made me feel very comfortable through it all. She also gave me lots of good advice. I suffer with IBS and have felt bloated for years I woke up this morning feeling really good and my stomach has gone back to normal for the first time in years. Thank you Jan looking forward to seeing you again next month.
