Kati is perfection personified. I sit back and watch her buzz around the salon handling multiple clients at once while making each of us feel like her only one. She is incredibly talented at her craft and a true class-act. Her assistant Jenna is amazing, very attentive and literally finishes Kati’s sentences. They are a dynamic duo, always in sync and I feel lucky that I can say “they do my hair!” I love my extensions, the mix of colors Kati chose and the highlights in my real hair to match! Gorgeous! Thanks Ladies for making my time at Reflect so enjoyable.
