Do not be fooled by the exterior or website! If I could give this zero stars I would! My experience was awful and I wasn't even brave enough to have a massage. I have seen this shop from the outside many times and it does look ok. I went over to make an appointment early afternoon only to find it locked with a note on the door with a mobile number to call. I wasn't really alarmed as I thought maybe all the therapists are in treatment so no one to man the desk. I decided to look at the website, which looks professional and call. I phoned and asked if I could book in. I had no trouble in booking either 7pm or 8pm on a Saturday night! Still no alarm bells went off. I took the 7pm appointment. When I arrived again, the note with the number to call was still on the door! I proceeded to call and a women came. She wasn't dressed appropriately, actually she looked pretty darn awful. She certainly didn't look like a therapist. On entrance , it stank of cigarettes, there is no reception desk. It really didn't look at all nice. I then was asked to follow her to the treatment room, as I proceeded, they had an old airer drying clothes a nasty pair of slippers, Chinese takeaway calendar on the wall. In the room, it got worse! Plugged in the wall was an old electric heater and a table with baby oil! That was it! The penny dropped! This was not going to be a Swedish aromatherapy massage! This was a PARLOR! I made an excuse, and got out as quickly as possible! This place is GROTTY AND DIRTY! This place should be shut down! 😡😡😡😡

I choose going here for a massage as the reviews online were great! I was completely let down. Firstly it is very over priced. I don't mind paying a little bit more for the massage if it is good, and I have a wonderful experience. This was anything but! The lady who gave me the massage, was very poor. I had paid for a deep tissue massage- this more like a tickle. I keeped asking if she could do it harder but I think she didn't have the strength. Her phone went off with two text messages while I was in the treatment room. Which annoyed me. But then her phone rang and she answered they call and just left the room. I was in shock! It was 10 minutes before another lady said she was going to finish the treatment. I told her I was not happy. She said she would give me an extra 10 mins. Once the treatment massage was over, I voiced how unhappy I was. She then went on to tell me she had under charged me by £20 when I first paid. I gave her the money and said I would not be back. Very upsetting. I work in the wellbeing and fitness industry and I always have people asking me where to go. They have had a lot of business from me. Very very disappointed! 😠☹️
