My wifes engagement ring had seen better days, all the jewellers I had asked to fix it, declined saying it was scrap....., I found Reeves online and thought, nothing to lose. Without an appointment they assessed the ring for me and said it needed to be completely rebuilt, they quoted me a price (less than I expected) the ring was returned when they said, at the price quoted and like new !!, one Very happy wife. Thank you for taking the time to care.

I have had work done by Reeves 3 times on pieces of jewellery that are family heirlooms and the work was outstanding from the first time I used them I knew I could never trust another jeweller the same outstanding service from all the staff

I got my ring resized back in September - when they finally got round to doing the ring, they did a beautiful job, you can't tell where the new section is. I went up two sizes, and they quoted me £30 and that it would take about a week. Two weeks later I'd heard nothing, so I popped in to see. They said the lady doing my ring had been on holiday for the last two weeks, and they'd do it soon. They called me the following Monday, and said I was down in their system for 6 sizes up! And that it'd be much more expensive - I corrected back to the two, and they said they'd get right on it. I didn't get it back for another two weeks. They also left me a voicemail saying the band was too small to work with, when I'd checked with the jewelers that they were ok with the width beforehand (it is quite thin, about 2 or 3mm), and they'd assured me it wouldn't be a problem.

Always very reliable service from this friendly shop.
