I was once assisted by Mrs. Reeds herself back in 2005. It was so memorable time. She was so kind and very professional and I could speak to her at anytime: days or night. I had a great experience with this firm. Please extend my regards to Mrs Reeds. I wish I could see her again to thank her in person.

Absolutely rubbish !!!! Because The operator couldn’t find my name in the computer ,she didn’t let me to talk to the solicitor directly and asking to pay £120 plus VAT just to see the solicitor ( whether they can help me or not??). Too expensive and just forget them and don’t waste your time by calling them.
