Both Alex and Sheila went above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly for the tenant throughout the application process. Unlike other letting agencies you certainly don’t feel like “just a number” and they genuinely want to help in any way they can. 5/5 great experience from start to finish!

I really want to highlight the excellent service and support given to me by Alex Mantle of RR Sale. I have let my house through RR for the past two years with full management and it has worked out so well I am continuing to let it for another year. Alex has always gone beyond what I would expect, or indeed hope for, from an agent. Even to the extent of being available for contact past the end of the working day to resolve a faulty lock problem for me. Rachel Davies at Embrace At Reeds Rains, Sale, has been a pleasure to work with. My change of circumstance over the last few months has been made easier due to her constant help, patience and experience. Rachel was always very prompt in answering emails and offering advice. I also found other staff at Reeds Rains to be friendly and professional too.

We hired Rachel as our Mortgage Advisor for our first home and we can't believe how smoothly it went with her help! She was always very quick to respond and was able to explain any thing we had queries about and was very patient whilst we thought about any decisions we had to make. Very lovely person and was supportive and helpful even when we were asking about general home buying questions. Reeds Rains as an estate agent were also very nice. They were quick to update or contact us when needed and everyone always greeted us with a smile every time we walked through to see Rachel. They also helped deal with a slightly stressful situation near the end of completion and I can't fault anyone in the office as they were all so professional.

I feel like I'm giving reeds rains sale far too much credit with 1 star. When I called I could never get through first of all. The worst customer service I have ever experienced didn't get back to me after accepting an offer and then rented the property to someone after me without letting me know. A dreadful experience I would never go to these guys for a property ever again wanted to pay all the deposit right there and then and could easily afford. Very dissatisfied with there level of basic communication.

I have been with Reeds Rains for several years. Alex is a star in Reeds Rain Sale branch letting department. He is very professional and high efficiency. I used other estate agent before and know the difference. Sometimes they could promise you one thing on the phone but then kept delaying or ignoring the issue. This is never the case with Alex. He communicated and looked after me really well in every stage. I will highly recommend this branch. I’ve recently rented from Reeds Rains and the experience has been great throughout. Very responsive and always there if needed for any questions at the end of the phone. Good communication also, was kept informed along the way when needed which was great. The online signing form was also a nice touch! The service was always prompt and warm. Entire staff, especially Shiela Baker was really helpful throughout the process and took the initiative to clear all the hurdles in a timely manner.
