Today I purchased my third vehicle from Reed Autos, and I couldn't be any more happier. As per normal the service was second to none, my favourite thing about the salespeople at Reed are that they give you plenty of time to make your decision and are in no way pushy. They are well informed and extremely polite, from the minute you walk in they make you feel comfortable and welcome, which is hard to come by in car dealers these days, so a massive pat on the back guys especially Harry who looked after me from beginning to end, brilliant service, keep it up!

Excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave me all the time I needed and were patient. Car was presented in very good condition and was well cleaned throughout. Not had any problems since purchase and hopefully won’t in the future! Would highly recommended reed autos and would use again in the future! Special mention to Daniel who was the salesman who helped me with the purchase of my car. He was very helpful and easy going with a no pressure approach which was appreciated. Oh and the coffee was great too! Top marks!

I'd definitely recommend Reed Autos Ltd to friends and family because they had a huge range of vehicles that had been reliably checked by the onsite Bosch service centre. The sales person was friendly, welcoming, informative and not at all pushy. The vehicle I purchased I was informed required two new front tyres that weren't available at the time so if I was happy to take it was at the time and return to fit them they would let me drive away as they weren't in a terrible condition. I spoke to the head mechanic who was apologetic and forthright about the situation and I was happy that I could return to get it done. Top service that I haven't received from any other dealership.

Visited Reed autos after a very bad demotivating day visiting car dealers all over the county. Finally someone offered me a drink, listened to what I was saying , knew his car specs and treated me like a human being! He also showed me options I hadn’t considered,, absolutely zero hard sell, a friendly warm and inviting environment and a team who clearly get on with each other and know what they are doing. I’m not sure where my next car will come from because I’m after something quite specific but I certainly would have no problem purchasing from reed autos if they had the right vehicle.

I would also like to say how well developed is their website which was easy to use and only required a few click to get to the relevant information. This help in my case when selecting my next car to buy as the web site was so easy to use I kept going back to it on many occasions until I eventually found the car I had been looking for. I purchased a car from Reed Autos and was amazed at the dexterity and professionalism of the salesperson, Max and the Valet Manager. I was treated warmly and with courtesy and the administration process was simple and swift. I fully recommend Reed Autos. My partner found the car through an AA search and Reed Autos came up. Made appointment for the first visit and Ross accomodated us. Very friendly team at the site, nothing was too much trouble and the test drive was arranged easily for us. Decided to purchase the car and arranged for pick up the following week. The vehicle was absolutely spotless and fully valeted throughout and we purchased the lifetime autoglym paint cover at a discounted rate which looks great on the car and trim. Ross and Matt were great with us all the way through and kept in touch with us through the process. Arranging finance was easy and also a warranty was offered which gives us peace of mind. Although we don't purchase cars every week ( I wish!) I would certainly do so from Reeds for the sheer ease and friendliness. Thanks again Ross for your helpfulness and friendly service. Second time back at Reed Autos and they were very prepared in regards to covid related measures. We got to look at the car by ourself and had an unaccompanied test drive which was great. The car did not look the same as the photos we saw on the website so we were a little disappointed but Erika helped us to make a really good deal and we drove away with the car within about an hour! Great company - you can buy without any stress.
