I booked online, showed up for my appointment, and the shop was closed. Tried calling a few times and then just texted to see what was going on. I received only one text back saying they didn’t have me in their books. I sent them the several confirmation texts and emails that I received prior to my appointment and asked if they could fit me in at any point that day, as they had already told me in their message that they had no other bookings that day.. No reply. This all took place well within the operating hours that were posted on the front door of their business. This is super disappointing as I took work off 3 hours early and drove for a while because they were the best rated in the area. Heading to Price Cutters now, any service is better than no service at all.

Absolute best place to get pierced. So knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. Very clean and sterile, jewelry is of high quality and very quick and confident to pierce. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jaz is the absolute best when it comes to piercings! I drive nearly an hour and a half to get my piercings done by her. She takes the time to tell you what she is going to do. Talks you through the whole process and the aftercare.

At the last minute I rang Red Rose to get my daith peircing out for a mri..was available straight away, quick & friendly service..I thought it would of cost more but no... was very helpful and very happy with my new daith earring that clicks shut, so no losing the ball..took my son 2 seconds to put back in.. Very Happy❤
