Doctor and receptionist (at ARU) ARE quite rude. GP didn't bother to think of any alternative meds or products for my health condition. She simply said that was the only thing I could get. Turned out there were some other options when I went to see another doctor. When I asked for a bit more regarding to the perception.. I was told by her that I was wasting her time. (You hear me right) Receptionist walked away without me finishing my inquiry and sentence.

Awful. Inappropriate messages from a Dr there who is being investigated for malpractice. Also cost based healthcare, told I couldn't have vital mental health medicines as the surgery doesn't like to prescribe the more expensive version of the drug, instead offering me a different cheaper version. Shocking. Avoid.

Super rude Oriental looking receptionist. Terrible service and I now wish I had chosen a different place. And the long wait time on the phone is not acceptable.
