Kerryanne provides very friendly and professional sessions, the progress I've made since my first appointment has been amazing. I've been out of training due to health and of course lockdown for a long time, starting back again triggered some old injuries as well as new complaints, but with the treatment from Kerryanne and by following her advice between sessions I've found relief for issues I've struggled with using other therapists and methods. Highly recommended! 👍

I have had another consultation with Kerryanne in the past week for a new developing injury of the knees. Kerryanne was very responsive when I got in contact and we had a video consultation at her next availability. I have been given an amended program and more specific ways to warm up and get my body ready for exercise to account for the new problems I'm having. After only a week my functional mobility has improved and by doing some foam rolling and more focused conditioning exercises each day, my knees and hips are much less painful. As always, highly recommend Kerryanne, her professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge are paramount!
