I was a registered patient here for many years. I have always been very happy and appreciative of the GP services. I have seen various GPs and nurses (both male and female) and they've all been extremely thorough and caring. Yes it can be difficult getting 'on the day' appointments, you have to call at 8am and join a long queue before you get through - but I imagine this is the same in a lot of GP surgeries. I've also found the reception staff very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this GP surgery.

Not easy to get an appointment for registered patients. Need to wait days or weeks to get an appointment mostly. It's very surprisingly if the reception answers the phone as they never do. I have been calling since last week numerous times, after being on hold for about 10 minutes, the phone gets cut off. Not very pleased. Have been there as a walk in patient 2 times in the last 3 months and had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Been waiting on the phone 20 mins now since 8

They tried to charge me £104 to get a private medical insurance consent form for physio, which I refused to pay. I paid the £60 for the physio myself, as the next available GP appointment to get a public medical exam and consent was in 4 week's time. You'd think it would be easier to get private health care signed off as it means there's one less patient taking up the time and resources at an already over-strained GP. One of the members of staff was impatient with me for coming in person, asking if they'd filled in my claim form and waiting patiently outside. She told me to call next time, but it made sense to pop by quickly for a yes or no answer on the way home than to wait 40 minutes in a phone queue.

If I have a chance to give them 0, I will give them Zero. Extremely poor service. Some of the receptionists are extremely rude and trained very poorly.
