I am currently completing my first year at READ, and without doubt I know I made the right choice by coming here. I have only been here for just over a month and already I feel I have made such significant improvements, Jamie and the vocal faculty somehow works magic and has managed to get notes out of me and my college friends that we never thought we would be able to sing. Not forgetting how much Helen and the dance faculty have improved my technique, strength and flexibility and made me rekindle my love for dance, all of this and we still get a balanced education with just as much acting as singing and dancing, our drama faculty are some of the craziest and passionate people ever. Not to mention how much support we get in learning how to find jobs and keep busy when we finish our training, would immediately recommend to anyone looking to pursue a career is musical theatre or acting.

5/ 5

I am currently training in the performing arts sixth form course at read and the teaching is so professional and the patrol care is excellent. Read not only offers the training in dance, acting and singing but provides care from a osteopath and a chaplin to keep us training at the full physical and mental potential. The vocal training is what I enjoy the most, the private singing lesson help me gain skills with my vocals that I didn't know I could achieve.
