I picked RDC to complete a change of title due to the competitive price they quoted me. I strongly advise anyone to choose an alternative solicitor's if they are wanting a more rapid and professional service than what I recieved. I had to constantly chase up RDC on every step of this so called simple process. Was told paperwork was already in the post then two days later turned up with the days before date franking mark on it (Basically the paperwork was sent out the day after I was told it was already in the post). They didn't check the paperwork before sending it off to the bank. The paperwork contained an error which delayed the process even more. A 4-6 week process took over 7 months to complete and that was only after I phoned a director at RDC explaining the troubles I was experiencing on trying to use his company. Granted days later after speaking to this director, the issue was resolved. Then to cap everything off the confirmation paperwork arrived 1 month later than the franked date on the envolope but surely this would of been a fault of the royal mail like the first time no doubt. The post worked fine when it came to me receiving my invoice to be paid though, strange.
