Hands down, best service in Newcastle!! Russell has freed me from years of lower back pain, that restricted my ability to live life with a full potential at my age of 38. I have experienced a number of other remedial massage service, that had minimal long term benefits for me, in regards to freedom from pain and being able to do the things I love, most of all surfing. Not to mention the costs, that in most places was rather a lot to dish out over a period of time. My personal experience after seeing Russel for over a year now has changed my view on services that offer remedial messages. Russel does not charge a arm and a leg within his service, if anything I would be happy to pay more for the freedom that I have experienced after our sessions. Would confidently state that Russell is best remedial service in Newcastle that I have experienced! Highly recommend this service 😊

Iv been suffering from really terrible neck and back pain that’s been debilitating, so have been looking for someone with the skills to really help and my expectations have been far exceeded!! Russell’s work was incredible and exactly why I needed and more. He has a beautiful space and took time to understand my body and got to address the the issues. Amazing!! Russell is a very skilled, professional, caring and hard working therapist. I was desperately looking for someone who understood my needs, body and could provide a good deep tissue sports massage. Extremely impressed! The sports massage I had helped me recover from my aches really quickly, which allowed me to get back into training ASAP. Easy to book with, well decorated and relaxing ambience, and he uses great massage oil too. I felt like Russell understood what I needed (even without me telling him) and gave me 100%. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services!!
