Waited nearly 25 minutes in a queue ....... one customer was with a teller for 20 minutes. Not enough staff for the demand of services they offer. I heard one member of staff was going on a break whilst customers were getting fustrated as the queue wasn't moving.

Let's be honest this is the worse branch of RBS Ive ever have to deal with. Go across to the TSB and its so much better. I will be changing banks after 30yrs with RBS but they just don't deserve my custom any more.

Was In at Christmas there was 2 serving. One doing all the work while the other was going through holiday photos with a friend who had popped in. Meanwhile the queue was out the door. Been a disaster since makeover.

Huge queue so I went to use the self service machine. It told me some of my notes were unable to be processed. I took the rest to the counter and was told that the machine didn't have anything stuck in the back so my counting must have been wrong. Basically called me a liar and stole £20 because their machine glitched. I'm furious.

For some reason I feel a bit uncomfortable in this branch. It kinda feels like staff look down their noses at you. The wait time is terrible, they need a new location as its small and dark compared to the bright modern branch of the TSB.
