Shocking service you have to wait ages for the most simple transactions. I have refused to use their app and I tell them this but I still get hammered and harassed by their staff because I don't have nor want it. Considering most of this bank is supposedly owned by the tax payer they just don't want to listen as profit comes before the customers. Welcome to the world of the Banksters. Immoral.

David the manager is rude, inappropriate and discriminating. As a bank RBS is way behind when it comes to customer service. Staff sadly don't help the case as they have a poor attitude, long waiting times and in general poor customer service.

Staff are friendly enough but the opening hours are just appalling. 09:30-16:30 - how is this suitable for the majority who work during these hours? Maybe a couple of days opening at 08:30 and a couple closing at 18:00 would be better.

Dreadful service. I'm in right now - just want to send 20 pounds to someone. Have been waiting now for half an hour. Find other ways or other banks if you can. Don't be fooled by the fact that they are not in the least busy as I was.

Monday 28 June. Went on Google and it said bank was open. Got on the bus from Barrhead to Paisley (because OF COURSE they did away with the Barrhead branch!)...huchled on foot in the heat to the bank....which had a big CLOSED TODAY notice stuck on its door, telling me my nearest branch is Johnstone which I had no idea how to get to by bus. Absolutely RUBBISH service from this bank. My next day off is Wednesday but who knows if the bank will be open
