Horrendous station. Staff are incredibly rude and they love shouting at people at unnecessary times.

Horrendous station. Staff are incredibly rude and they love shouting at people at unnecessary times. This makes stressful situations even more stressful, especially in the morning. If you have a loud working microphone then why continue shouting at commuters? I cannot believe the guy who worked there today and how he was bullying people. Like get a new job if you hate it so much you miserable git x

Decent transfer station, often the last stop for Metropolitan or Piccadilly line trains for transfer onto the rest of the line to Uxbridge. Some shelter from the rain but not for most of the platform. Straight onto the high street outside with plenty of shops.

I’m a dietetic patient went to watch football at Chelsea. Because I know Rayners Lane station had toilets I used the long trip towards my destination but you won’t believe, the toilets are closed and no staff support I had to get out . WHAT IS THE POIT OF HAVING TOILET FACILITIES AT THE STATION WHILE YOU CLOSE AND LOCK THE TOILET DOORS ? I will never ever use this station
