The haircut it's self was very good also the wash and blow dry. My only dissapointmen was that the lady who I was allocated to cut it wasn't able to do the exact style that I wanted as she wasn't trained in shaving. Which I wanted on on one side. However I've been getting the same hairstyle for a number of years and understand that they might not of thought about asking about this prior to allocating the lady who I had Ben allocated when I booked the appointment. However I had never been served by this member of staff previously at Raymond and overall was very please with the ultimate hair cut she gave me and would ask for this member of staff again.
