Came here for an open day, and it seemed like a nice place. Standards seemed to be high, but no one seemed to have heard of this university. It's right next to the train station and O2, but when I asked locals for directions, no one had any idea what 'Ravensbourne Uni' was - when they were literally standing right next to it without knowing. The building and facilities were modern and clean, but it's not that well known. I think it's a new university. Overall - it was okay, from comparing it to other university open days and interviews I've gone to.

Lack of organisation and equipment.. as a creative university I'm surprised they only have one small workshop to share with the Whole university; laser printers are always busy so no chance; also this uni does not provide free materials for project like middlesex university & UEL ,which is surprising again for a creative uni. Waste of money. Rubbish tutors with hardly any experience they have new tutors every few months. The grading system is A B C D E .. like college and school. And grades are very one sided as they are marked by the tutors. Time table always being amended with lectures being cancelled etc. Also very small always crowded have to borrow seats from other classes to get a seat .. btw this uni has NO class rooms to learn in.. its all open so its very loud; classes are divided by boards with wheels on them... : would not recommend it at all.

After being to another university for my maters, this University is extremely unprofessional and chaotic. Especially regarding the Advertising course. Location is excellent as well as the building, but the 'teaching' is non-existent and everyone, students and teachers, are extremely arrogant and rude. Very strange place indeed.
