I feel tricked by this company into buying a granite that i did not want. I specifically explained to the salesman that i needed a white granite not cream and not grey. The product that i chose as listed in the picture does not match what i actually received as you can see from the photo below. I am a property developer and will not be ever buying from this company ever again. I would recommend that nobody buys from this company as i just wasted a lot of time and money!

Happy with the actual product, but appalling customer service experience. I was after an offcut for a small worktop area, and I went with Ratna marble because they had competitive pricing and decent reviews. Once the job was booked in, Raj (owner/manager?) became increasingly hard to get a hold of. In the week leading up to the installation I sent multiple texts and emails to confirm whether we had everything we needed to fit the worktop to the sink correctly. None were answered. The day after the installation (which was scheduled for the wrong time, despite my multiple requests) the silicon seal started to separate from the sink, and I emailed Raj to ask him if it was possible to send his crew back to reseal it properly. He responded that his labourers had been doing me a favour by sealing the sink because they don't install top mounted sinks. This is after multiple messages from my end explaining what kind of sink I had, all which went unanswered (they were happy to bill me for the full installation cost though). Overall we are happy with the worktop, it was a good price and nicely finished. I understand that ours was a small job so their company doesn't care whether I was fully satisfied by the experience. I give the actual worktop 4 stars (only complaint is that I paid for installation, and it wasn't done properly), and customer service experience 1 star (0 for Raj, but points to the labourers who were infinitely nicer than he was and accommodated me despite their boss' scheduling snafu).

The quartz worktops fitted by Ratna Marble are beautiful, they were very professional, reasonable prices and had great customer service. The end result was fantastic that is one of the highlights of our kitchen. Highly recommended.
