Minimal wait for my booking and friendly service, professional and intuitive masseuse. I had purchased a deal through Groupon for a 90 min massage. Came out completely blissed and relieved. One small aspect, they charged an extra $10 when you get there is you want firm pressure. I was a little annoyed by this, as it counteracts the purchasing of the coupon. Overall, good experience none the less!
