One particular staff member was very rude and blatantly lied to me. I asked for something and was just told they don’t sell it. However someone else brought the exact same thing a day before and brought it again after me. I think she just could not bothered serving anyone. I will never go there again.

Brought beauty works hair. Fake hair iv used beauty works before and the quality of these was the worse iv ever had. Dry tangled and matted after a few weeks. Never again biggest waste of money. Doesn't even feel or look like human hair. FAKE
