My sliding door came off its tracks so I popped in to this local garage as I was very concerned it could be dangerous and I wasn’t able to drive anywhere else, I asked for a simple screwdriver so I could undo a bolt and get the door back on the track, technician took one look at me and said, haven’t got the time! Gutted as it seemed like this garage has really good reviews, but to ask for helping hand that would only take one minute and get that kind of response was very unprofessional and not friendly at all, I would’ve paid them for their time but now I can never recommend this garage or ever go there again!

I have been using Rapid Auto Centre for quite a few years now after they were recommended to me. They do my annual service and MOT each year and have done other repairs too. Each time I know that they will do a great job at a reasonable price. I always recommend them to other people I know too.
