Paul is absolutely fantastic. Had shoulder surgery a while back, so all my muscles get knotted up pretty easily. But Paul did an amazing job just working through it all methodically. Feeling 100 times better after the massage, couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I have been going to Paul for massage and circuit training for the last 12 months and can definitely recommend all of the services at Range of Motion. After developing some painful niggles and tightness from trail running, I signed up to the twice-weekly, 45 min circuit training last year to develop my strength, core and overall fitness. The sessions with Paul over this time have been an excellent complementary exercise session to my running and helped prevent those little running injuries that can turn into major issues over time! I would recommend Range of Motion for anyone wanting to extend their strength and fitness, as well as for anyone thinking about starting out with their fitness journey, but not sure of the best place to start. The yoga classes run by Gabi are also very popular! Range of Motion is a friendly and welcoming place where you feel Paul and Gabi take the time to understand your individual health needs and fitness goals, and help you achieve them!

Came in for soft tissue work (deep tissue massage) after my sports physician recommended that I start seeing someone every week or so. I've had pain in my hamstrings ever since tearing the deep tendons four years ago which my physician now believes is related to disproportionate curvature in my spine. She said I should go primarily for work on my thoracic spine and easing tension in the muscles around my upper back and shoulders. In my first session, Paul was able to work out a knot in my right rhomboid which has been bothering me without relief for almost a year now! He also did his own examination and noticed some issues the doctor hadn't in my hips and internal rotators. Paul works slowly and methodically. It's a gentler and more intuitive therapy than I've received from most masseuses. I've only had two appointments so far, but both times I left with a greater feeling of mobility in my upper back and openness in my chest. An excellent, healing practice.

I have been seeing Paul for remedial massages to mangage a range of injuries. Paul’s massage skills have been fundamental in allowing me to maintain mobility and be pain free. Paul is a master at identifying and resolving issues.

Paul is a legend. He is always on time and keeps me going first thing in the mornings. The variety of exercises is great for me and he keeps me guessing workout to workout. My favorite thing about working out with him is he adjusts the exercise based off my needs. Thanks for everything Paul!!!
