I was in this particular Ramsdens store to exchange currency as it’s the closest one to me and was met with an extremely rude female store manager! This ladies attitude towards myself was disgusting she couldn’t have been less interested in me as a customer , I felt like she was trying to get me out the store as quickly as possible. I have previously been in this store and dealt with other staff members who were lovely but this visit has really put me off! Even worse the way she speaks to her staff members in front of customers is atrocious! I certainly wouldnt like to work there if that’s her attitude to staff members and customers - STEER CLEAR !!!!
