Rambutan – Townsville

Great facility and friendly staff! The bed was king-sized and very comfortable. The toilets and showers were up-to-date, and the hot showers were very good. The A/C system was great too, but I couldn't turn it off, so I had to put it on silent mode. The swimming pool is right in front of the accommodation, so it can be a little noisy when the children come. It's not a place where you can sleep silently until late. I could get up around 8am and started the day which was good. The coffee at the cafe on the ground floor was fantastic. It's not very close to Strand, but I could get around the city in 20 minutes by walk. Or it'll be easier to move if you take an electric scooter. If I come back to Townsville next time, I'll definitely come back. 😍

The service is fantastic here! The manager is a kind and courteous man. We were on the first night of our trip and wow, his service made the experience memorable. The cafe is excellent. Great location. Fabulous rooms. Will return for sure. Absolute MAGIC

What a great place to stay. Jo at reception and Ben at the pool bar were amazing. Rooms were great. Fantastic location. Can't wait to return. This place was a great discovery.

Great hotel, rooms were very clean, the pool, the bar, the restaurant, the service were all excellent. Great value for money. Convenience and location in the city were awesome. Staff were very nice. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Townsville.

Amazing friendly staff, great service. Good value hôtel in a great location in Townsville. Tons of towels provided. Not luxury but everything you need is neat.
