Ramada Singapore by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park – lake district

Great hotel, lovely view. I stayed there twice in two years that I visited. Customer service is impeccable 👌 and you have a complimentary smartphone phone while lodging with them. How cool is that?!

Was a bit skeptical of the good reviews before coming. Just checked in 3 hrs ago and was welcome by the excellent service of counter staff Michelle. Lazing at the pool with kids now and looking forward to the next 2 days with Ramada. Believe it will be a great weekend for my family, thanks Ramada.

I had my wedding banquet done here and the service here is excellent. The event crew from servers to banquet manager are attentive and ensured that my wedding was carried out smoothly. Our wedding managed to start and ended on time. Special mention for our wedding coordinator, Owen was very accommodating, on the ball and very dedicated in delivering the best service. We received lots of compliments from our guests on the food served as well. The banquet pricing is very reasonable and budget friendly. Highly recommended to couples looking for a wallet friendly location to hold their banquet.

Had my wedding lunch banquet hold at Ramada. Service was excellent. Hotel coordinator Owen and team provide really good service, our wedding lunch run really smoothly they also give v accurate cue and information to us. Very much appreciated! The whole process was simple and easy for us. When we have doubt, Owen is super prompt in his replies and advises us v well! Very professional. On actual day One of the staff was super honest he found my uncle’s ring on the floor and went to let us know to find back the Owner of the ring. Full of integrity!! Applause to Nicholas! I will definitely recommend Ramada to my friends or relatives! I heard many praises about their service and food. My guests even ask me to give them good feedback for Ramada as they are super impressed overall.

Check-in time took more than an hour despite holiday season being over. Brought my own champagne and couldn’t even get wine glasses / champagne flutes because the bar attendant told me that was company policy. Asked for a bucket of ice but was told to bring down the ice bucket in my room to collect it, however there was no ice bucket in my room. When we informed the concierge, they brought up the ice bucket without ice so I had to make a trip down myself.

Check in was smooth thou the que is long! I love the corner room hotel with a nice view! Really enjoy my stay and it’s so near to Novena and to move around the city. The Chinese house keeping did a great job too! Room is clean and highly recommended!

Ramada Hotel is located next to the Zhongshan Mall, adjacent to Zhongshan Park. The restaurant has an in-house restaurant too. Hotel wise it is a good mid-luxury hotel property, with helpful staff. I had a long 2 weeks stay at Ramada, and even requested the Concierge to accommodate my luggage one day prior to my arrival and they were happy to do that. This saved quite a few hassle for me. Cleaning is conducted everyday and if one chooses to skip cleaning for a day or more then then he guest are pampered with extra membership points as part of go green strategy. Guests are welcomed with a fruit platter as a welcome to their property. The hotel location is nicely placed near to this mall that offers a-lot of eating options. The other side of the hotel, adjacent to park lies few restaurant that offers western and Indian food options.
