Oh my days the staff here are proper nice, really made me feel welcome. My room is amazing and u can connect your laptop to the telly. Wonderful absolutely wonderful.

Great friendly staff. A good English breakfast served buffet style so you can have as much or as little as you like. Parking for the hotel is limited and the only way to get to the main car park is to go out of the services and round the roundabout to get back in. A little frustrating, but worthwhile. When working night shifts, the 24 hour bar is fantastic, even if you get funny looks from people who see you drinking beer at 6am.

We've been staying at the RAMADA for 10wks and the staff have been nothing but professional, the rooms are comfortable and there's a great variety to choose from for breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone.

Clean airy rooms comfortable beds .breakfast was ample and well cooked .staff helpful and friendly. Would stay again

Spacious and updated usb sockets room.. bathroom and shower could be improved, temperature stuck on hot but able to move it slightly too hot for my liking, prefer warm showers. No heated towel rail or many place to hang towels or clothing. Room had a slight smell/ damp due to near blocked blocked gutters overflowing outside of the window during torrential rain. Night staff members was young and wasn't overally helpful. Day staff was a little bit more helpful. Kept having key card issues too. Depending on which chef is on, some nights food was delicious and some wasn't.

We’ve stayed her a few times to break up a long journey and I think for the price this place is great. It’s clean with a comfortable bed. Staff are friendly. For a longer stay we’d probably choose somewhere else, but this is a good, functional option.

Everything about my stay exceeded expectations, particularly how quiet it is considering it is on a motorway and near an airport. The staff went truly above and beyond for us, such a good budget hotel I cannot recommend enough

Nice friendly clean well decorated modern hotel well equipped bedrooms a nice big bed and an excellent breakfast served in the mornings .

15/06/2021 -Had some serious hygiene issues with the room on arrival which the manager very quickly resolved. No air con in rooms and the windows are locked / restricted to being opened around 3 inches.... considering its the middle of summer some fresh air would be good...... to top it off there is constantly 2-3 people standing outside the main entrance SMOKING.... So any fresh air coming into my sauna of a bedroom is now a smoke infested pit!!!!! This hotel needs a designated smoking area..... Food / Restaurant is to a good standard and reasonable on price. Best the about this hotel is the staff 28-06-2021 Update Phoned ahead to request I was not put anywhere near the front of the building due to the smoke issues I had previously, This week is much better clean room, put at the back of the building 🤣🤣 Isolation is bliss. Review improve 2 stars to 4 30/06/2021 Update. Not the hotels fault I guess but I am in room 133 and someone in the room next to me feels its acceptable to smoke in their room. Honestly some people are just shocking..... I'm glad I'm checking out tomorrow to be honest.
