Benji was friendly and helpful from the outset. He knew the market in my area and was able to offer good advice about the best way to sell my property quickly and painlessly. He lined up many viewings for the first few days and the first and second viewers both made an offer. He also advised holding one Open House and so I was able to choose between several offers from different parties within the first week. His communication with me through the whole process was very good and I felt able to contact him at any time. We have had a few dealings with Raine and Horne Nowra. From renting, buying and leasing Jarrod has been a delight to deal with on many occasions and his rich knowledge of the area and the industry has been helpful many times, currently his leasing agent Lara is being very helpful with our properties.
