Thanks so much to Alice for my new colour I love it. Alice was super friendly and knowledgable and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend her services. The salon is always such great value and you just have to be patient as they are learning. Have used many times and would not hesitate to recommend.

The stylist was wonderful and chatty, she made my visit relaxing despite being there for many hours. She helped me with choosing the right hair dye colour and technique after I explained to her what I was looking for at this visit. She ensured she was looking after my hair and double checking I was happy with the result(s) as we progressed. I felt she went out her way to make sure that, I the client was the main focus and I was content with the end result. I cannot remember her name unfortunately but I certainly would recommend her to my friends. Generally the staff are lovely in the rainbow room academy. Finally my hair look gorgeous and I could not believe the end result.

Stylist Nicole is great, it's only my second visit but I trust her. She listens to me, but she talks me through any challenges around what I want and she manages my expectations well. Today she worked on my cut which is a work in progress and fixed my colour from to many erratic past treatments and colours. She gave me styling advice too. I had two assistants work with me also, Beth and Alana, and I watched Nicole give advice and get them involved. It was great to see, and both were enthusiastic and engaging to talk to. Alana gave a killer shiatsu! Had a great day in salon, good vibes and nice people. Thanks to all of you! X

Really enjoyable experience. Daisy gave excellent advice to someone who really didn’t know what they wanted and the result is beautiful. She was extremely friendly and made the visit a really nice experience. She also have great advice on products and ongoing care.

The rainbow room is a large and bright salon,they keep it exceptionally clean. I saw Nicole who took her time with me and worked out the best style for me. She is a lovely chatty person who put you at your ease. The woman who did the head massage was also great, it was very relaxing and again she is very friendly. I will always get my hair cut there and I highly recommend going there
