Radstock Post Office bath

Normally very nice post office! Say it’s open today (21st December 2018) at 8am.....LIES! Had to post a parcel urgently wrapped and ran down to the post office. NOT OPEN! Really? “Not open yet my dear!” The sooner the Radco gets bulldozed and has a new shopping complex the better. Get rid of all the old useless staff and bring in new fresh blood. Bring on the future....feels like we are living back in the 60’s

Turned up at 8am as that's what time it says it's open only to be told abruptly that it's not open until 9.

Always polite and good opening hours.

Perhaps they should be taught how to use a door knocker, missed a parcel when I was in on Friday, now have to wait til Monday before i can collect it. No wonder no one uses them.

Never open, doesnt post opening times anywhere. Absolutely useless.

Told them to leave parcels with the next door neighbor on several occasions but they don't seem to relay this message to the "Letter distribution engineer" so have to go out of my way to go to them and collect it. I work 0600-1800 and can't do this on a week day hense why I asked them to leave it with the neighbor. Service in there isn't great either.

I always find the staff here to be friendly and helpful.

The most unhelpful staff ever. Be glad when the place is demolished

Advertised as opened until 5pm today (sat). Got there at 1pm and closed!
